You Own the Infrastructure - We Just Operate It

Whether your systems run on public cloud, private cloud, rented servers or on-prem hardware, you remain the owner of the environment.

Obmondo primarily manages the operating system layer - security hardening, patching, compliance, monitoring, backups, recovery planning, and operational continuity - while you stay in full control of:

• The hosting provider
• The servers or cloud accounts
• Application code and architecture
• Root access and administrative permissions

When permitted, we can also manage the hosting layer on your behalf, coordinating with your chosen provider to handle hardware faults, network issues, and base configuration. At the same time, we work closely with your application team or vendor to implement unified logging, alerting, and monitoring, ensuring full operational coverage across both infrastructure and application layers.

This separation ensures no lock-in at the hardware, cloud, or platform level. Your systems stay yours.

Most managed service providers make switching expensive by embedding proprietary tooling, custom monitoring stacks, or platform specific configurations, made even worse by the high egress fees charged by major hyperscalers.

Why We Don’t Offer Traditional SLAs

Conventional MSPs tightly integrate your systems with their hosting, tooling, and SLAs-creating dependency and limiting flexibility.

Because your infrastructure remains yours, Obmondo cannot guarantee:

• Your hosting provider’s uptime
• What internal teams may change on the servers you control
