We operate as an extension of your existing Development and Operations teams and can also set up new systems from scratch. This means we can work with the systems, tools, and infrastructure you already have in place - or build a new environment for you based on industry best practices. However, when working with an existing setup that we did not design or implement, we cannot guarantee its full functionality or reliability.
You retain full ownership of your hosts, as well as all privileged access. This collaborative model gives you full control - but it also means you can accidentally introduce changes that affect system stability. We do our best to detect and notify you of such issues through monitoring, but we cannot guarantee prevention.
Once monitoring is in place, we work closely with you to review your current environment, evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, recommend improvements, and help build a roadmap for the future - powered entirely by open-source technologies.
A key strength of open source is collaboration and the shared benefits of community-driven development. Many customers choose to migrate toward architectures based on our open-source projects, LinuxAid(linux based solution) or KubeAid(kubernetes based solution), adapting or extending them as needed to create the ideal setup. This approach enables significant cost-sharing, as you benefit from improvements made for other customers using the same open-source solutions.
Our teams continuously invest in automation, documentation, and enhancements to these open-source projects, which directly benefits you-often reducing your overall operational costs. You will see this reflected on your invoice: for example, a task may require 30 total hours of development or testing, but your share may be only 5 hours because the work also benefits other customers.
